The announcer explicitly calls it a conspiracy theory. The news station also intros the segment with a huge graphic that says CONSPIRACY THEORY in giant lettering covering the screen. The announcer admits it sounds like rubbish on its face. But let’s listen to this famous wild talker for fun.

It’s not even possible for this show to have given a bigger warning to not accept this as truth, very funny.
