LSU has a few former athletes who are part of the 1%. They do okay in that dept.
They lost their D... minds when the philosophy profs started deconstructing the ancient definitions 120 years ago. What we have today is just the fruit of it.

Absolutely right.
He’s not against leftism.
He’s against leftists being seen as leftists and thereby losing elections.
Exactly.
Carville doesn’t care about issues or policies or plans or all that gobbletygook other than as it serves to get someone elected. He is a purebred political animal, what a candidate really believes isn’t important - what they say in order to get elected is what’s important. We cynics find his honesty refreshing - no bs, jut pure Machiavellianism.
If the Dems had a Bill Clinton candidate who would do what people like Carville tell him to do (”it’s the economy, stupid!”) instead of acting like the latest incarnation of Stalin, we’d have a real fight on our hands.
O.K. I read some of it, and it changed my mind.
Carville isn’t right, like I was thinking, when he says the Dems are crazy. He’s just a different kind of crazy.
He thinks the “fate of the world!” depends on the Donk agenda. In what possible way?
The Dem issues he’s lamenting as political losers ARE the Dem agenda. If they’re not getting you the majority you want, James, its probably because they’re terrible and unneeded ideas.
He is right about New Yorkers, though.
I did not expect to like Trump as much as I do, knowing how fond he is of New York City.
True - he just doesn’t want them to talk about who they really are.
He said the rats are coming off as arrogant and think they’re smarter than everyone else. Who can blame them - they’ve gotten away with lying, not keeping promises, enriching themselves while keeping their constituents as “victims” they pander to at election time - and they keep getting elected. The GOPe hasn’t fought this game because the status quo profits them too.
Finally we have a man who is re-setting this whole dirty game - as best he can despite their obstruction.
The clintonista reptiles are slithering out from under their rocks. Hillary can’t can’t be far behind.
