65 degrees in late summer in the most northern region of the antarctic sounds about right.

I’m curious how long this particular research base has been keeping accurate measurements of that area.

10 years? 25 years? 50 years?

ok, that’s it, this proves we have global warming. If people are in shorts and T shirts in Antarctica at that base, that proves we have global warming.

sarcasm, I think.................

Such crap. Its a record only in the fact that its the first recorded temperature that high. On a continent that has not been tested until recently. We are in an ice age on earth. The world can get a lot warmer. Humans can start to use that massive land in Canada and Russia we have not used. The oceans have been higher before. The CO2 has been higher before. The temperatures have been way higher before.

I looked at the map of its location and it is literally almost at the far most northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula! Not to mention it’s high summer down there.

Next thing you know people will be shocked that it gets up to 70 in Barrow, Alaska.

False title. Antarctica records are 200 hundred years old. Antarctica is 2,000,000,000 years old.

The records are less than 0.0001% of Antarctica’s age. To call it all-time high is buffoonery.

Earth is not a stable and fixed for ever planet. Where there is the largest desert on Earth (Sahara) was once middle of an ocean. The landmass of India was once part of Africa, now separated by 2 thousand miles. During the last ice age there were 4 mile thick ice glaciers where now Chicago is.

Well, I guess if one confines oneself to the teeny period of time during which humans have been recording temperatures in Antarctica that might be true, but it seems that maybe it was a bit warmer back when the continent was forested:

So maybe when they say “all-time continental record” they mean something other than “all-time”.

All-Time Continental Record High

I wonder whether they mean, all-time since the creation of the antartic continent, or all-time since the creation of the first local weather station in the year 1906?

I wonder...
do all those diesel generators
have any influence on the measured temperature?

-
I wonder...
If I was standing 1 foot to the north of the South Pole,
and I took 1 big step due South,
would I step from Summer into Winter,
and would the temperature suddenly change?

Like China, can data reported from an Argentinian controlled weather reporting station be trusted as accurate?

I personally have no confidence that they are reporting the truth. The same confidence, little to none, extends to weather.com as well.

1 1/2 miles under the ice, as ice cores have PROVEN, the ice stops, earth is found and — tree trunks are in the core.

Hardly the ‘warmest’ it’s ever been...

For anyone who paid any attention this shouldn’t come as a surprise as weather patterns world wide been having a crazy streak. While there may have been a warm up in the Antarctic camels in Saudi Arabia have been stomping around in snow. All this along with an increase in earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, flooding, droughts and unusual amounts of snow is just an “Appetizer” of what lies ahead as we are once again at the beginning of the repetitive 3600 year signature cycle.

It is the same cycle which gave us the TEN PLAGUEs in ancient Egypt and eventually led to the EXODUS of the Jews. The catch is and was that these unusual events were not just limited to ancient Egypt as ancient Chinese records point to similar events there as well. In other words crazy and unexpected things were taking place world wide.

Needless to say official sources will never admit what really is taking place for obvious reasons, and most people still think this to be a joke, until it will strike home and so far the US has been fairly lucky, in comparison what has been taking place in other parts of the world.

And by he way if we go back from the year 2020 plus 1500 BC (3520) the time of the 10 PLAGUES we are just shy of 80 years of the full 3600 cycle. Needless to say a few years one way or another may be lost in the translation, but overall we are pretty close on target for his event, something what most likely will cause a lot of damage and problems.

“Argentine research station?” Well, Somalia should set up a station down there, too, and get some of that international swag from global warming propaganda.

The issue to me has never been about the climate is getting warmer or cooler or changing. That’s a given based on the geological record. We are in for some tough times when the ice age resumes.

The issue is whether humans are causing climate change to any significant degree. I have studied this somewhat in my spare time and have yet to see any evidence of such a connection.

I consider myself an environmentalist and have always been concerned about the quality of the air and water my family consumes. For some reasons these liberals have forgotten all about such basics. Clean air and water is something all of us want.
