The House impeachment managers for President Trump's now-completed trial in the Senate penned an op-ed Thursday arguing that Trump and the GOP-controlled Senate will be permanently stained by what they argued was an unfair process, leading to "not guilty" verdicts on both articles of impeachment.
"By denying the American people a fair trial, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) also deprived the president of something that he desperately sought — exoneration," the impeachment managers wrote in the Washington Post. "There can be no exoneration without a legitimate trial. Out of fear of what they would learn, the Senate refused to hold one. The president will not be vindicated, and neither will the Senate, certainly not by history."
The impeachment managers -- Reps. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., Val Demings, D-Fla., Sylvia Garcia, D-Texas, and Jason Crow, D-Colo. -- base their argument on the Senate's decision not to call former National Security Adviser John Bolton as a witness in the trial.

Once again the Democrats proclaim precisely what has happened to them as the results on PDJT, and the Senate. It’s actually projection on the part of the House Democrats. They are the ones wearing the coat of disgrace.
The Senate heard and decided the case on the evidence that was provided by the House....you know, the evidence that proved beyond all doubt that Trump was guilty.
The deranged Democrats in the House are the ones that are permanently stained but they are so tone deaf and detached from reality that they will never get it.
I disagree!! The Democratic House of Representatives led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Committee Chairmen Schiff and Nadler will go down in history as the first to attempt an illegal and unsubstantiated coup to overthrow the government of the US.
They all belong in a 72-hr psych ward with Pelosi after the stunts pulled yesterday in Congress.
No the Democrat Party, Pelosi and the US House impeachment mangers are premenatly stained with the 1st fraulent failed partisan impeachment effort in US Hisotry.
That is their only legacy they will be remembered for in US History.
