I think every day some republican needs to put forth a motion to expel her. play her video of rehearsing the tearing, then starting the micro tears during the Rush part of the speech, then the actual flubbed tearing. Its a document of the house, not her personal copy.

What specifically is the process for removing her under what you posted here?
I'll take a stab at it. One of the people near the front of the chamber who actually know all of "the rules" (the unchanging ones) and protocol that Congress is supposed to follow. Considering there are members of the House who don't even know basic American civics, I'm sure there are many who don't know "the rules."
