Reporting only the precincts where Bernie lost - so no college precincts in the list. 38% of precincts not reported, even though they are likely the precincts with the most votes per precinct. And NO timetable for those precincts. Maybe next December or something.

Not only that, I'd bet that Biden came in at about 14.7 or 14.8% - just UNDER the 15% where he could get delegates.

THAT's why the DNC had to spend a day massaging the results, so they could make sure it appeared Biden was above 15%
