—a good tribute to the greatest—
I personally think that Rush SAVED OUR REPUBLIC. And it continues to need saving from the relentless efforts of the globalist progressives.
God bless Rush and may God help him overcome his cancer.
Rush’s greatest asset was, I think, that smile in his voice, that sense of humor. Mocking the bad guys drove them crazy. That’s what I liked best.
Amen, Colonel Kurt.
Spot on.

I wish him the best, learned a lot from Rush.
Just.
DITTO !!
He’s part of the family.....A wise and beloved Uncle.
I first learned about Rush in a Reader’s Digest profile. It was recommended to me by my then husband, a democrat supporting Teamster. He said something like “this seems like a smart guy.” Been listening ever since and in this one case the ex was right.
I did then and still do.
Prayers to Rush, he is a gift from GoDD!
Well done!
People do survive his diagnosis. Just that simple.
Rush Limbaugh is the Samuel Adams of our time.
Tears after reading Kurt Schlichter? A first for me.
I like that!!!

First, let me say that it almost physically hurt to hear about Rush’s condition. No, I’ve never met the man, but he’s been on my car radio for probably thousands of hours over the last 30 or so years, and on my TV for a while back in the ‘90s. I feel like I know him, and that’s why this hurts. However, Rush is nothing if not a fighter. He lost a bunch of weight and kept it off, which most of us (me included) can tell anyone is not an easy thing to do; he beat opioid addiction, which is most definitely not easy to do; he overcame his hearing problem when it would have led many others to say, “Oh, screw it, I’m retiring and enjoying the rest of my life;” and, most importantly of all, he beat the establishment - both Leftist and Republican - to become simply the single most influential person in the most powerful country on Earth. Yes, any given President has more influence...for a time; Rush’s has endured, and Presidents almost HAVE to listen to what he says (even when they disagree, and even when they don’t do what he wants). Rush has been, quite simply, the modern-day savior of the Republic. Because of his determination and hard work he succeeded, and because he succeeded he was listened to. But he also succeeded because he was giving out the correct message, that capitalism and freedom were what we should aspire to, not an all-powerful government that dictates how we should live and die.
I sincerely hope and pray that God once again shines his face upon Rush Limbaugh and, in His infinite mercy, allows for his cancer to be cured or put into remission for many years to come. This nation still desperately needs him to keep broadcasting, to keep the feet of our leaders and would-be leaders to the fire. Yes, he has served Your purpose, but I both hope and believe that You are not yet finished using his “talent on loan from God,” and pray that You will generously and mercifully allow him to stay alive and well for many years to come.
As for Kurt Schlicter and this tribute to Rush, I would not add, subtract or change any of it - he was completely spot-on. I would also hope and pray to God that He allow Col. Schlicter to keep doing what he is doing for many decades into the future.
Outstanding, Colonel Kurt!
Hey, you have to speak to our patriot group again! PM me!

Rush is a great patriot. Since the 80’s he never lost his spirit in going after the libs, even during the darkest of times. President Trump should bring him to the White House and award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, he certainly is deserving.
That was great. He made me think too....i also grew up for almost all of my adult life listening to Rush...he’s a Given for so many of us....a reassuring comfort to hear him.... praying.
