The Iowa Democratic Party is unlikely to release any results from its first-in-the-nation caucuses until morning, after technical snafus and reporting concerns led to major delays in voting.
Hours after caucuses convened at 1,700 locations across the state, frustrations mounted among campaign operatives who said they could not get answers to questions about the delay. A conference call between top campaign officials and the state party ended abruptly, two sources on the call said, without any real answers.
“The [Iowa Democratic Party] hung up on campaigns when they pressed for a release time,” said one senior strategist for a leading candidate. “We won’t know anything until some time tomorrow. All campaigns are pissed.”
“They basically told us nothing,” said a senior strategist for another leading contender.
The delays appeared to come after vote totals submitted through an app showed some inconsistencies. Throughout the night, state Democratic Party officials repeatedly said they were working through “quality controls” to verify the results.
But by 11 p.m. Central Standard Time, only 35 percent of precincts had reported — and none of the totals had been verified, the sources said.

Thousands of Democraps stayed home or, became Republicans, .....Democraps continue their self-inflicted political destruction.

This is just sloppy and amateurish. Dade Country Florida, would have had pre-cast ballots already printed and ready to go.
This is all so hilarious in a way. The RATS cannot tell the truth about much of anything...it would sink them. Lies and crime are necessary to achieve their agenda anyway so it really seems to be that easy.
Never expect anything to go “normally” with them...there always has to be victims, problems, things to change, issues with unverifiable results, all mixed with a plethora of lies and corruption. Expect nothing less....

Sanders’ campaign is releasing its own internal caucus numbers, representing results from about 40 percent of precincts.
“We recognize that this does not replace the full data from the Iowa Democratic Party, but we believe firmly that our supporters worked too hard for too long to have the results of that work delayed,” Sanders’ campaign manager Jeff Weaver said.
The numbers show Sander’s winning with 29.66 percent of the vote.
In second is Pete Buttigieg with 24.59 percent
Third is Elizabeth Warren with 21.24 percent
In fourth is Joe Biden with 12.37 percent.
In fifth is Amy Klobuchar with 11 percent.
I wonder if they’ll find out that lots of illegals voted?
At this point, there are no winners.
Supporters of every one of the campaigns are already declaring that the fix was in and there is much anger so the results will not be accepted so each candidate picked up their participation trophy and now they head for New Hampshire.
For those who wondered what democrat led universal healthcare looks like..... pay attention.
Back in the old days those big paper ballots were hard enough to keep track of. Little electrical impulses are even trickier.
Seriously - you know how difficult it is to remember the folder you put some document under? I’m guessing they can claim the same thing.

Enough time to make sure the check clears. Iowa does not and should not speak for the nation. Unconstitutional. Collusion.
The Iowa caucus system is an absolute fuster cluck. No Secret Ballot!?!? And we allow this state’s Schitt authority to be the first “vote” of the presidential primary? REALLY? Iowa failed BIGLY tonight, shame on them, and shame on the national RNC and DNC to sanction this BS. Iowa with their extremely flawed caucus should NOT be the first flawed state to “vote”.
And our current presidential primary system voting is FUBAR. By the time my state holds the vote, a handful of states have already picked a “front runner”, virtually voiding every other vote of the majority of states afterwards. (rant/)

For the record, the Republican Caucus in Iowa is NOTHING like this crap show. We actually “vote” individually for the candidates. It is “meeting” style; we elect delegates to the county & state party & then at the end, we “vote” by writing on a paper ballot, our choice for President. They count them up & report.
In other words, we behave like normal people...lol.
