If you believe that Russia can successfully field 300,000 personnel from a standing force of a little over 1 million then I have a bridge to sell you. They are notorious for announcing these big exercises that never really happen to the forecast number(s). Their air forces are below 30% fit for deployment/combat and the navy is even a bigger paper tiger.
