Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the lead House manager in President Trump's Senate trial, said Sunday that there is nothing Democrats could have done differently during the impeachment process.
Ahead of the Senates likely vote to acquit President Trump on Wednesday, Schiff defended Democrats methods and said that he and his colleagues proved their case.
Look, there's nothing that I can see that we could have done differently because as the senators have already admitted, we proved our case. We proved our case, Schiff said on CBS's Face the Nation.

CBSs Margaret Brennan asked Schiff if it was a misstep to drop the subpoenas of some witnesses, including for former White House national security adviser John Bolton, during the House inquiry.
Schiff said it wasnt at all, noting that it could have been a couple of years before courts reached a decision on Bolton.

Election around the corner and Schiffty was on the clock. The RATS screwed up. Time to pay for that mistake.
Don’t start an impeachment, that would be different.
“Look, there’s nothing that I can see that we could have done differently because as the senators have already admitted, we proved our case.”
There’s spin and then there’s DELUSION.
How about telling the truth Schitt face?
You could have been fair and truthful.
Buck up, Adam.
The House managers could have taken their 4 hour of material and presented it in 4 hours instead of 21. It was painful to watch all the repetitiveness.
That defense team actually had more material and took half the time.
There was never anything there to prove. All they proved is that you can’t make up something out of thin air and have people believe it. “Just because” isn’t a valid reason to remove a president from office.
That’s because the President did nothing, arse face.
Well, it should have died in Schitt-for-brain's committee for lack of anything impeachable. All he did by pushing forward this crap sandwich was to expose his own party to total ridicule come November. Except maybe one the West Coast and the Northeast.
They could have given the defense their witnesses to interview. They could have not waited 33 days before presenting the articles to the Senate. Pelosi could have followed rules and put the impeachment to the caucus for a vote before telling Schiff and Nadler to go ahead with the impeachment. Schiff, Nadler and the other cretins on the left could have presented witnesses who actually saw something. And on and on and on.
Well, you could have waited until you had a real crime. Of course, you’d have to look to your own party to find one.
No way Schiff could have turned anything to his favor, simply because there was no case.
How much can you do when no crime was v
committed other than not submit the articles to begin with?
Ed Buck’s best buddy will probably run for Feinstein’s seat since she is retiring..even though he doesn’t give a rats behind about his own district, full of hobos and feces he has the vote locked in
I know. I just like taunting him. And poking him with a stick. It’s my new hobby.
"Realtime impeachment wasn't that great....we screwed up bigtime. So be sure to catch the movie."

IMPEACHMENT ON THE BIG SCREEN
Laurel and Hardys 5-yard dash to the mic had the most drama.
Pencil-neck Schiffs plaintiff pleas, as Jerry took control, was an Academy-Award winning moment.
Schiff worked so long to perfect those precious last words he didnt get to make. (SOB) Schiff could have been a contender.
They could have tried following the law...
Dont screw with our constitution. Dont charge any impeachment without any impeachable crimes. Dont embarrass yourselves inflicting this crap on our country. Those things would have been different.
