Have you heard of the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF)?
Theyre a herd of control freaks who dedicate their free time to harassing and bullying devout Christians out of public view and back into the closets whence they came. The modus operandi of these self-described "free thinkers" is as follows: A small town has a religious monument on public land. It's been there since the Battle of Brandywine. Of the town's 3,000 residents, 2,999 have no problem whatsoever with it. But a single perpetually offended milksop will whimper to the FFRF that its presence is somehow obliterating his constitutional rights. The FFRF sends a letter to the town's city hall threatening expensive legal action if they don't immediately remove the monument. City hall buckles at the threat and removes it. The FFRF moves on to the next town and repeats. Honorable conduct at its finest.
Some recent religious activity that sours the FFRF curmudgeons include:
- Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez invited Kanye West to perform at two of his prisons. To the chagrin of FFRF attorneys, West performed gospel songs and prayed with prisoners!
- Judge Tammy Kemp gave her Bible to a sobbing Amber Guyger, who had just been convicted for murder, to console her and give her spiritual strength. A FFRF attorney tweeted this amounted to "coercion," and a formal complaint was filed against Kemp.

“Christians out of public view and back into the closets whence they came”
I’ve said before the sorriest day for this Republic is when the gays came out of the closet and the Christians were forced in.
Thanks for posting this. This must get out there because this is happening.
The village atheist needs to read up on Town Bully.
“...Ive said before the sorriest day for this Republic is when the gays came out of the closet and the Christians were forced in....”
Thoroughly agree. However, IMHO, the sorriest day is coming...wait & see. Between the demonic worship of Molech (abortion) and the promotion of sodomy, the “republic” will eventually face its most sorriest day ever. I dunno what/how He has planned but I know He doesn’t change, so I suspect it will make 9/11 look like a spring afternoon church picnic.
Of course, I pray that the nation turns away from that those ghastly evils and none of that “judgement” comes to pass.
Why are the Ten Commandments prohibited in public buildings? Why are public crucifixes and monuments torn down in the name of the establishment clause? Why, as opposed to the other 1st Amendment rights, opposition to the free exercise of Biblical morality?
As far as people claiming to be Christians and yet supporting abortion I refer them to:
1 John 4:20: “If someone says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?”
What can be more hateful than killing an unborn baby?
“...What can be more hateful than killing an unborn baby?...”
It’s devil worship. The ancients worshipped Molech by tossing the new first born on the red-hot, scorching arms of the demon idol, Molech to bring forth a better life, weather and crops. They would beat the drums and blow the trumpets as loud as they could to drown out the screams of the little innocents as they were roasted alive on that idol. Today, it is the worship of “self”. Abortion is done to bring a better life and promote one’s self. It’s the same thing. The Deceiver has just changed the names and the methodology, but it is all the SAME and the screams of the innocents are heard by God. And the judgement will be the SAME...He never changes, we do.
“the government of the United States should protect and encourage our religious character”
They use to until the politically correct culture and atheist groups put pressure on the politicians who like snowflakes just melted.
