Vice President Biden Eulogizes Senator Byrd
...and Hillary’s “Mentor”...
Lets not forget the eulogy by Hillary Clinton and the nice things she said about her mentor
Once again, we must ask: why do democrats hate black people?
I did not see that. Thanks.
Sources?
I would like to be able to post & reference them the next someone posts a Byrd hagiography on my high school alumni Facebook page.
SADLY, I have NO actual source right now BUT there were numerous people in eastern WV (when I lived there in 2008-2011), who actually had copies of photos of the funeral & were “showing them around”.- NOT a “deep dark secret” in eastern WV.= I was shown the photos by several folks.
(At that time, such photos were NOT something that I really wanted to see, much less keep. = The KKK IDIOTS don’t like us “blanket-@ss injuns” any better than they like Blacks & Jews.)
I’ll see if any of my friends there kept & still have a copy of the photos.

I'm not trying to give you a hard time or even Byrd for that matter. I just want to put things in perspective in my own mind, related to how the demoncRats like to flop out the "racism" card all the time.
If the KKK ran their own memorial service, that doesn't necessarily mean that Byrd or his family would have been happy about it.
For the record, I'm not here to defend a guilty guy either, for that matter.
Four things that occurred that the GOP cowardly allowed to be twisted into negative PR on this.
1. Goldwater voted against the 1964 Civil Rights Act because he said it infringes on the right of association & would lead to quotas. It did & does. Goldwater & his family business had an almost 100 year history of being pro-civil rights & integration. The GOP was incapable of using that to counter.
2. Goldwater basically carried the Dixiecrat states that Strom Thurmond did. The PR visual of that was spun ad racist.
3. Nixon’s southern strategy, spun as racist.
4. Some unsavory Southern politicians (mostly minor ones!) very publicly became Republican.
Yet anti-civil right votes by such Rat luminaries as the elder Gore, Stennis, Byrd never stuck to the Rats. Completely forgotten!
And the Rats greatest trick was to make Vietnam “Nixon’s War”.
They totally expunged LBJ’s role in it.
Yep!
Robert “KKK” Byrd was a lifelong member & later a National Officer of the KKK from his late teens until his death in 2010 & the DIMocRATS “leadership” knew that perfectly well.
(The Klan is like the Mafia: ONCE IN, NEVER OUT.)
I cannot imagine that former President Barack H. Obama didn’t know that Byrd was an active Klansman, if someone unimportant like me (and the other “just ordinary folks”, i.e., “deplorables” of Berkeley County, WV) obviously KNEW the truth, when he said in 2009 that, “Senator Byrd is one of my very best friends & a ‘shining star’ of our Party.”
(I was told that members of the former US Senator were AT the “grave-side service” but cannot confirm that, as everybody in the photos, which I was shown, were in KKK robes with hoods.)
The DIMocRATS have always accepted ANYBODY, no matter who/what they are, IF the person can offer the DP significant money/political influence/votes.

Thanks.
As I said, I’ll “ask around” & see if any of my friends in WV still have copies of the “funeral photos”.
(I’ve since wished, many times, that I had been wise enough to ask for copies of the photos that I was shown, though at the time I was DISGUSTED by the photos.)
Wishing that I had more FACTS to offer but I don’t, right now.
As I said before, Byrd’s KKK activities were NOT a secret in WV and/or to the “leaders” of the DIMocRATS Party.

I’ve studied up a bit on his active days with the KKK.
The things they were doing when he was with the Klan, were of a nature that you didn’t join casually. You knew what was going on and were able to rationalize that it was right.
I’m all for forgiving people. That doesn’t mean I’d ever put them in a position of authority considering some things they had done.
Byrd was an individual I would never have voted for.
Thanks again.
