The European Union's decision to accept "Brexit," the United Kingdom's exit from the EU, has not left House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) ready to support a potential trade deal between the United States and U.K.
“I don’t think we’ll know for a while,” she said in response to a question from The Hill about a potential deal.
Pelosi said last year that she would oppose a U.K. trade deal if Brexit harmed the Good Friday Accords, an agreement that led to power-sharing in Northern Ireland, and which was ratified in elections in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The agreement was reached after decades of violence involving paramilitary groups and the U.K. government known as "the Troubles."
“I hope and pray that it’s OK and we don’t have to engage in this, but I don’t think we can make a judgement on the strength of the EU saying they have accepted Brexit,” Pelosi said.
“I think that perhaps [U.K.] Prime Minister Boris Johnson knows how important this is, but the proof will be in the pudding,” she added.

But on the other hand how do you support a trade deal without knowing what's in it? Nothing has been negotiated yet.
A global elite that hates the concept of sovereign nation states accountable to their citizens alone, and would prefer a global government run by elites like themselves rather than oikey little people.

Misplaced concern abounds. Has anyone yet asked why pur legislators are so gun-ho on sending billions to places we Rubes can’t even find on a map? And why it’s wrong for the president to question who is profiting from the same if he has suspicious concerns about wasting taxpayer funds by pouring them into a state department money laundering operation?

No trade deal can take effect before Dec 31, 2020 — the date the UK is finally released from compliance with EU rules.
If the November elections result in the Republicans gaining the House as well as the Senate, then when the new Congress takes their seats on Jan 3 2021, Nancy’s desires become irrelevant.
Nanzi is demonic. She wants to carve up the UK and pull Kalifornia out of the USA and she is probably in favor for the breakup of the USA into a half dozen UN Administrative Areas so she can the the Queen of SF.
Why not ask Michael Jordan. Pelosi has as much to do with a trade deal as Jordan does. If its a treaty then it goes to the senate. But more than likely it will be like Japan where it requires no input from the House of Representatives. And if it does, its likely to be a copy of our deal with Canada.
