Lawyers for columnist E. Jean Carroll, who accused President Trump of raping her in a Manhattan department store in the 1990s, are seeking to collect DNA evidence from the president.

In New York, I believe the statute of limitations for rape is now 20 years. She’s too late.

Fall of 95 or spring of 96? What a long spree for someone who was raped and kept the dress. If she was that concerned, she’d keep the receipt from shopping and break out the calendar that very day. Somethings fishy.

The DNA would be so terribly degraded that a sample would be pointless. Even if she vacuum sealed it and kept it permanently out of light and at the perfect temperature, the chances of matching DNA that old are almost nil.
Meanwhile, actual rape kits sit untested for decades.

If the dress has been sitting in her closest there is no chain of custody. If any one following Trump wanted to farm him the had years to look for the opportunity to get a DNA from the trash and plant it on the dress. It could have been a plan to blackmail him when he was worth million$ that now is ready to pay off.
Fake. If she had evidence Trump was a rapist, given her liberal credentials, she’d have been a darling of the liberal media.
She would have sued a billionaire for rape if she had DNA evidence to back it up.

But she said that she didn't think of it as rape to begin with, and the time when the incident was supposed to have happened was most likely before the Lewinsky revelations. So she keeps the dress in her closet unworn for two decades and then she wears it to her photoshoot so it acquires new DNA, and now, a year or so after that, she has it tested? It doesn't make sense.
Would she really say that if Trump had raped her?
Prove it was in the closet for 25 years and only worn once - w/o cleaning or other contamonation in all that time.
She just wants to get Trump DNA to clone a guy who can take care of himself and his family....or to sell it on Ebay.

It's almost like the United States is resilient enough to resist forces that try to impose their will in opposition to a duly-elected President of the United States.
