"The View" erupted with testy moments on Wednesday as Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz defended President Trump against the co-hosts during a discussion about the ongoing Senate impeachment trial.
Many of the co-hosts took issue with Dershowitz's answers, including Behar who, at one point, told the Trump impeachment defense attorney that his argument was "baloney." Co-host Whoopi Goldberg also cut off Dershowitz off as he attempted to give some historical background on whether impeachment could proceed without actual crimes.
He was responding to co-host Joy Behar's claim that no other constitutional scholar agreed with him about needing a crime for impeachment. Dershowitz, a renowned legal scholar, has written dozens of books. Behar and Goldberg do not have law degrees, although co-host Sunny Hostin does.

Do not need a crime? What part of High Crimes does she not get?
[[Behar who, at one point, told the Trump impeachment defense attorney that his argument was “baloney.” ]]
Well by golly the legal scholar Behar teached clueless alan with that brilliant rebuttable
Pussies...
LOL
I thought he was smarter than that.
So did I. Ah well.
This totally political trial is an amazing thing that I would never have dreamed possible...before the Obamanation happed.
Mark Levin does.
We all know what a great legal mind Joy Behar has.
Ya gotta give it to Dershowitz... meeting with those filthy sweat-hogs sans hazmat suit and vaccinations. Whoopi always looks like a creature in the bar scene in Star Wars.
Jonathon Turley, the dems own witness does too.
Who’s the token “conservative” on The Shrew now?
“Behar who, at one point, told the Trump impeachment defense attorney that his argument was “baloney.”
A slice of baloney is more intelligent than Joyless & Whoppi the mop combined.
He was a liberal darling. Summers on Martha's Vineyard with the liberal elite, on the board of the ACLU, and so on. He's an outcast now for arguing Constitutional principals which this time favor a conservative.
I suspect he misses the elbow rubbing with the media elite that he once enjoyed.
He addressed the house managers as “friends”.
Remember he said he and his family were threatened.
I was in a restaurant where The View was on TV, but thank God the sound was off. However, if you want a really good view of The View, watch it with the sound off. You can concentrate on their expressions and body language. There you see how these vile witches are full of sheer hatred and venom.
I asked my buddy to watch, and after 30 seconds asked “Would you want to come home to that every night?” He shuddered and said “No way, never.”
#5. Dershowitz got millions (?) of viewers to see just how dumb and arrogant these women are politically, ethically and educationwise.
I’d love to go on a TV show and do that. Wait, I did back in Sept. 1970, WKYS-Phila, on a show about Vietnam. I got a chance to shut up the arrogant elitist professor Ashley Montague (who knew nothing about Vietnam) and Marxist lawyer/attorney (Rev. Jones’ attorney for Jonestown, among other communist fronts and affairs), and anti-Semite.
Lane was so bad in badmouthing me and my exhibit of reports and documents I showed the audience as I spoke, that the liberal moderator asked him “Did you read these reports?”, to which Lane said “No”.
Then the moderator asked him “How can you criticize (the speaker and) his documents if you haven’t read them?”.
Lane had no answer. PRICELESS
Even more PRICELESS was the fact that the main TV cameraman, who was right up front to focus on each of us, gave me a “Thumbs Up” sign and said, “I’m a WW2 veteran”.
That meant he get the camera right o n me when I spoke so that the viewing audience could not only hear me but also see the documents/reports I was holding. PRICELESS!!!!
Sometimes it is worth going into the lions’ den if you are armed with a .50 caliber brain of knowledge.
#12. I think Whoopi was a Predator in the movie “Aliens vs. Predator - Requiem”. She sure had the dreads for it and the attitude.
It is a shame that she became a leftist toad. She was a good actress in “The Color of Purple”, the one about hiding as a nun from gangsters, “Sister Act”, and even “Jumping Jack Flash”.
Behar, on the other hand, was a two-bit actress for a short time and then became a total leftist big-mouthed nut and smear artist (a more fitting profession for a leftist ahole).
