Report: Drag Queen Story Hour Now Coming to Public School

Now firmly established in many public libraries across the nation, drag queen story hour is branching out to new territory: public school.

“In an effort to continue to strengthen and enhance inclusiveness and diversity in our school, the first grade will be taking part in a ‘Drag Queen Story Hour!'” the notification read. Apparently, this is not the first time a drag queen has visited the school to read to young children.

The upcoming drag queen visit, slated for Feb. 24, will only be the latest in a series of drag queen interactions that has seemingly taken place over “years.”

February 24? That is my birthday. Hitting 70th year. And I never thought I would see this in my lifetime. We did go to the Do Dah parage in Pasadena and it is very camp. But it doesn’t promote drag queens, it makes fun of them, and they make fun of themselves.

we need too object to this call it what it is. A sexual fetish. The only ones involved with this fetish that would involve children with it are pedophiles. if some one is transgender and it is not a fetish they don’t involve them selves in this community. a lot of theses cross dressers are not transgender but guys participating in a sexual fetish to get there rocks off.

Perhaps not, but it’s still a good reason to.

Besides, I’ve seen an awful lot of articles about parents trying to take on the school board and not ONE has ever indicated that the board agreed with the parents and backed them up.

Haven't been on this site for several years! And this is the first thread I pulled up??? Thank God I've only got a few years left to live! I became a parent just as our society was beginning its entrance into the Mad drug age. No surprise but this author referred to the tranny as “She”. I've tried t be tolerant of their “condition” but, no amount of tolerance would keep me from going ballistic if my child were exposed to this insanity without out my permission! God bless parochial schools! (Where I went from K - 12.)
