Kobe Bryant was accused, arrested, and the charges were dropped.
Yes, I know.

He admitted to consentual sex; it was a grave sin. It seems more precise to label him an adulterer and her a fornicator, and an accused rapist given the case was never even prosecuted, let alone proven.

Here's the thing. I have a brain and I have eyes and ears. I can look at a set of circumstances, statements, and evidence, even if it's only reported, and come to conclusions, just like you can and have. This rapist doesn't have to have his rape proven in court for me to KNOW that he raped this girl.

It seems Ben Roethlisberger has a couple of accusations but no charges. Will you call Ben a "rapist"?

Absolutely. Another rapist.

Legally, it seems Bryant's adultery was consensual...

If you consider kissing, 'adultery'. Once she figured out that he wanted to bang her, by his grabbing at her business, she told him no. She has that right.

Are you trying to tell me that once a man has got his bone on, there's not stopping the fun and that a chick best just strap in and take what's coming to her? Are you really telling me that?

Do you agree that any time a woman says "stop" after consent, even if a wife, and the man continues, he is a "rapist"?

Yes. Especially if she never consented to getting bent over the couch, choked to the point of bruising, and 'entered' as to cause numerous skin breakage open wounds in the vabinal area consistent with forced entry and rape.

Also, explain her blood being on his t-shirt.

Why are you defending a rapist?

Case was dropped because the woman (not girl) refused to testify. Reportedly there was an issue with the DNA showing someone else's DNA where only Bryant's would be expected to be found.

Not convinced beyond a reasonable doubt about what occurred except what they agree on, and the DNA; Obviously there was some consent; unless one was there it is not possible to know when the woman, who admittedly went to his room and started kissing him, said "stop."

He, and she, is as guilty as every soul who must appear before the Judgment Seat.

No problem with going to trial; tragedy for all concerned; blame Bryant and the woman for the tryst that could have devolved into rape of some degree.

However, there was no trial because the woman refused to testify after the DNA came back from analysis.
