Abigail Disney has weighed in on Kobe Bryant's controversial past, after actress Evan Rachel Wood and a Washington Post journalist were berated for tweeting about a rape allegation against him from 2003, just hours after his death in a helicopter crash Sunday.
Disney - whose grandfather Roy O. Disney co-founded The Walt Disney Company - tweeted: 'I haven't said anything about Kobe so far because I felt some time needed to pass before weighing in. But yes, it's time for the sledgehammer to come out. The man was a rapist. Deal with it.'

Unlike a lot of the #metoo victims, she went to the police straight away.
The accusation and settlement are apart of Kobe’s history.
You can’t just pretend like the distasteful aspects of his life didn’t exist.
What made the Clinton accusers go away was threats to their well-being and lives. And it didn’t work for all of them.
Clinton *was* a rapist.
He is dead. No need to bring something like this up even if true.
Bill Clinton and his wife also hired people to intimidate those women. Something Kobe never was alleged to have done.
Further, Kobe had one incident to Clinton’s several known incidents.
Further, the women who have said they were raped by Clinton and wrote books, were never sued by the two Clinton lawyers for defamation or libel or slander.
Not defending either, but if we’re comparing scales, Clinton is in a much higher league than Kobe.

She’s right.
Clinton IS a rapist, he doesn’t get the *was* until he’s dead.
This inconvenient reality check is the truth, and it needed to be said.
This woman willingly went up to Kobe's hotel room in the dead of night and was likely rejected. So, she made up a rape allegation, couldn't provide the details when the case was about to go to trial.
So, it was easier for Kobe (Just like Trump paying Stormy) to just pay the b--ch and squash it rather than ruining his season and possibly his career.
Happens all the time to powerful men. 9 out of these 10 women are flat-out gold-diggers. Look, I live in the Green Bay area, and Packers players are always hit on by chicks.
For me, this is a he said, she said and nothing more. A dime a dozen and false rape claims are quite common and frequently wealthy folks get taken to the cleaners because, you know, they have money.
This woman has the nerve to weigh in but yet ignores the massive evidence that Disney is basically a pedo farm.
We all know false rape claims happen daily.
