Police in Pleasant Hill arrested 32-year-old Jimmie Tiger of San Ramon after he allegedly assaulted a man in a wheelchair following a dispute over a handicap parking space outside of a Target.

I love the people that park right in the blue zone between two handicap spaces.
Tony’s brother?
Based on the terrible way this story is laid out, here’s what I’m guessing happened: the not-handicapped dude parked in a handicapped spot, then the wheelchair dude saw it and made some nasty comment as he passed and the not-handicapped dude got triggered to violence because he’s insane.
There was a case a few years ago in San Francisco in which a “militant bicyclist” ran down an elderly man crossing the street, killing him, and then was outraged he was arrested and refused to acknowledge that he did anything wrong whatsoever.
Cash Bail or no Cash Bail???
And he was released without bail I hope.
first it looks like idiot demanded wheelchair guy show him his disabled card, (as if it wasn’t obvious) then, he dumped wheelchair guy over onto the floor because the wheelchair guy wouldn’t go outside the store (read: away from cameras) and ‘apologize’ to the idiot’s wife? ? Like that was going to happen !
Attempted murder as far as I’m concerned. The disabled have a hard enough time in life without some jerk venting irrational and petty outrage at them. As an elderly person, I’m sick to here of entitled little a-holes like ‘jimmy’ thinking they can polar bear anybody they like. Lock “jimmy” and his lazy wife up in the cooler and pull their drivers’ licenses for life. Let them walk.
On the local news they interviewed the man in the wheelchair - who now has a fractured arm after having been pushed over. The wheelchair man says that he was in the parking lot, and he pointed to an 'able-bodied lady' who had just parked in a handicapped parking spot. Whether he exchanged harsh words with her, or not, he did not say. He said he just pointed. Then he said he went to the pharmacy line, and the man (something Tiger) came up to him and told him to go outside and apologize to his wife (apparently the lady in the handicapped parking spot). The wheelchair man refused, so the husband tried to drag his wheelchair out. When that failed (because the wheelchair guy grabbed a hold of a sign, or something), the husband pushed the wheelchair over and stormed out.
Last year our town inaugurated a new skate park. Where kids can do tricks on their skates, skateboards or bikes. Two parking spaces right in front are reserved for the handicapped.
You are way to kind to sit in judgement of these lowlifes.
My punishment would be something more like; crush their knees with a 12 pound sledge hammer, let them heal naturally with no medical intervention, then pull their drivers license.
I’m going with your version.
Omg horrible.
Skateboarding kids have grandparents, too!
That’s for blind folk riding behind the driver in the rear left passenger seat.
What's your point, you don't know that handicap spaces are mandated by code? You can't understand that someones handicapped mom, dad, relative might bring their child to a skate park and stay to watch?
When my wife had a temporary handicapped card after breaking her ankle, she rarely got to park in a handicapped spot because of non-handicapped assholes parking there.
“No ticket for parking in a handicapped spot illegally?”
Wher did you see he was parked illegally?
