123 Republicans in the Senate and House are pleading with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Chad Wolf to bring more foreign workers to the United States to compete against working-class Americans for jobs. In a letter to Wolf, 26 Republican Senators and 97 Republican House members joined 66 Senate and House Democrats in demanding DHS allow businesses to bring an additional roughly 30,000 foreign workers on the H-2B visa program to take nonagricultural blue-collar U.S. jobs.

And just think, if they’re non-white (most are) then they typically qualify for preferences under affirmative action regulations.
Tell me why people who have never been in the United States nor have any history of being slaves or discriminated against suddenly become “victim minorities” the day they walk into the U.S. and then outrank us and our children?

They are capable. It’s just companies don’t want to pay Americans because the labor costs.
Cheap foreign/immigrant labor is the way a lot of companies inflate their profits and make their stockholders happy. Americans have higher wages and demand benefits like paid time off and insurance and laws that say you have to pay overtime. A lot of companies find ways to get around that by utilizing foreign labor. And congress goes along with it.
These idiots need to be swabbed in tar followed by being rolled in feathers.
Too many Americans have already lost jobs to these H1Bs; me included.
