Well, I grew up in the 50’s and there were 4 kids in our family. Most of my friends were in families that had at least 4 kids. One of my friends was one of twelve kids. I think the Sexual Revolution and the rise of Feminism are the main factors in the decline in our population. And don’t forget that Third Ril of Liberalism in the 60’s, ZPG. Zero Population Growth. Most families thee days are just relaxing the Mother and Father with only having two kids. Some of us were only able to have one child. I hope future generations will see the benefit of kids.......my generation was made to feel guilty for wanting kids at all.
They certainly have kept having babies.
It’s not critical we always have a population increasing.
They haven’t stopped in Pennsylvania. Plenty of “single MOM” babies being born. Lot’s of welfare babies.
More like they themselves want to play being men
An Americanized meskin woman is a creature from the very depths of hell. I have never seen it to fail.
Too many variables why women are not having kids.
My nieces have 1-2 kids each and want more but can’t afford it.
Costs for raising a kid today, 250 grand per kid.
That’s a real factor.
The key is to not americanize them. :)

I would argue this is what is really behind Japan's stagnant economic growth in recent years. Russia is now in serious trouble as alcoholism and other health issues compound the birth rate problem.
China really shot itself in the foot with its one child policy. China forcibly joined the declining birth rate trend of the West before it fully developed, which is leaving it with the worst of both worlds.
Feminism, contraception and abortion have contributed, but are not the root cause of the trend. The good news is rates are declining worldwide and the planet will probably reach equilibrium around 2050. Without the "population bomb" what will the doomsayers have to complain about? Oh, yeah, globull warming.
The salient characteristic of a leftist is selfishness. It is all about them.

Because they have been fooled into trading those things which are of primary importance in life (God, family, country) for that which is utterly trivial (self-gratification and comfort).
Work opportunities mainly.
I have a friend whose daughter has 4 children, all under age ten. She homeschools them. She is SUCH an outlier that it’s really striking. Almost no Millenial women are up for this.
I'm the oldest of 9 and only the oldest at home had their own room.
We weren't fashion plates at school.
Mom stayed home and took care of the house and kids.

Be a good loving liberal and take care of the illegal immigrants and foreign refugees we’re importing to replace you, the poor babies.
Go be a pet parent, they’ll love you, and you can take care of them. It is a replacement for children. And we hate your kind and want you to NOT have children, so we’ll say the only way you can have it all - a partner, career, social live, activism - is never to have children.
