Three moderate Democrat senators — Joe Manchin (WV), Doug Jones (AL), and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ) —may ultimately vote to acquit President Donald Trump in the upper chamber’s impeachment trial, according to a new report.

At least one of the senators have signaled that they could vote in favor of only one impeachment article — the abuse of power — but oppose obstruction of Congress.

I believe it would only take one to cancel all of them out.

I have a question to Romney, Collins, and the rest of the squishy GOPs.

If you’ve decided that you’re going to acquit the president, then WHY do you need more witnesses?

If the answer is that you need more witnesses to decide whether or not to impeach the president, then you have no business being a senator.

I’m thinking there are four democrat senators who want this to end so they can get to Iowa.

Exactly! This is just to let everyone know how ‘fair’ they are! But if Bolton gets to witness, so must Biden!

WV is Trump country like no other state, Trump carried all counties, some by 80%.
Manchin would be committing political suicide if he votes for this.

;)

And there has to be at least one Democrat that sees this for what it is and values our republic more than their party.

Load of crap.

Needle-nose Jones is not a damned moderate ANYTHING.

He does have some stupid idea of throwing around a "maybe I will" bait, because he's damned desperate for votes to be re-elected.

It ain't gonna happen.

He will not vote for acquittal...and he sure as hell won't be re-elected.

Take that to the bank.

Yup, impeach. I’ve fallen into the same trap as many on the wrong side. Thanks for the correction.
