"The great Lecturer, Adam Schiff rises, adjusts his toga and begins his dissertation on The Importance of Situation Ethics and Selective Memory"
A real toga would be appropriate; then a group could gather around him and leave him on the Senate floor

For the good of the nation, they should just keep this rolling until 6am and get this 16 hours of hell over with. Yeah...I stayed up for longer than that lots of times in my Navy career.

Does that mean that McConnell needs to wash his hands before the vote?

This was just reported on Fox. They also stated that the letter was dated on 1-23 and the newspaper (NYT) was 1-26.
Hmmm
To: Ingtar
Still, these witnesses should have been called in the House, and rebuttal witnesses should have been called in the House.
Schiff is wrong to say it's the first impeachment trial to have no witnesses, as witness testimony is included in their brief.
It would be the first time that NEW witnesses not already heard in the House would be called.

Philbin wins for best tie.
To: dontreadthis
Yes, I linked to it earlier in this thread. Mark Levin and others on twitter had it. I suspect Mark Levin got it from the RNC/WH.

It’s exulpatory evidence for Potus. Either Bolton was lying then (when he had no reason to lie) or is lying now. IF he testifies, he will be faced with this video clip...

A pretty much standard letter about the review of his book for Confidential info. The letter said it had both Confidential and Top Secret.

Ok - that was weak-ass lawyerly reply by Philbin on the whistleblower. I was defended Philbin all day bu the could have done better. Why didn’t Sekulow answer that question.
