I’m so sick of these two. Just follow the constitutional process already! You’re the jury. Juries decide the cases they’re presented with, don’t rescue a failed prosecution case.

it’s an odd jury that gets to hear every single thing that goes on in the world including excerpts from an unpublished book without being told by the judge, at least, that they can’t consider it as evidence
