STARR is making a scholarly case knowing the Republican impeachment defense will be a model of restoring historical truth in law schools in years to come.

Reminder....Both Nixon and Clinton ‘admitted guilt’...Trump has not and that in itself is significant.

Ken Starr has gravitas.
They put him up first because of that. He’s “senatorial” and the opposite of Schiff & Nadler. He’s on their level and can lecture them in a fashion.
Starr is a brilliant attorney.

Sounds like he is providing a shot across the bow of Justice Roberts.

Where’s Mark Levin when you need him.
Bless Ken’s heart, but we need a little pizazz to keep the audience awake.

That’s what I think. I don’t know about a “shot across the bow”, but definitely speaking directly to the Chief Justice.

Both Starr and Dershowitz were poor choices for the legal team. Starr because he really is a complete mediocrity and not that good of an advocate and Dershowitz because he is a liberal Dem narcissistic dirtbag who would turn on Trump in a minute in exchange for passage on one of Epstein’s pedophile planes

He is expressing the correct Constitutional reasoning...
Unfortunately, the DNC and the GOPe RINOS do not care about the Constitution or precedence... all they care about is power... and protecting the Establishment at all costs. T

If he is followed by Dershowitz the channels will start flipping.

Starr is pretty smart, but this is about as boring as anything I’ve ever heard.
I wish he had some energy, or named names on the other side, like the main attorneys for the president are doing.

Important to lead off with a strong foundation....starr’s doing just that.....rather than feeding the emotional appetites of those who need a fix.
