Starr’s arguing process falls short of the dem’s arguing emotion. Impeachment has no rules of proof for evidence...it’s whatever the congress want to accept as proof. It’s just a political exercise, legality means nothing inside the beltway beyond how the pols define it.

Starr is speaking to the Senate, not to us. He is reminding them of their sworn duty. He is reminding them of some VERY important points and reminding them of history and their duty.
