Incidents such as this are why I have a dashcam and a hand-held Go-Pro. Every single time I’ve stuck the Go-Pro out the window to record somebody doing something stupid behind me, they’ve backed right off. It could be a plastic box on a stick, but they don’t know that - and they wise up right quick.
Good idea. I've held up my phone like I was taking a video. They've backed off every time.
