Des Moine Register Endorses Elizabeth Warren
Conservative Treehouse ^ | January 25, 2020 | Sundance

Posted on 01/26/2020 9:10:59 AM PST by CheshireTheCat

Last week the New York Times endorsed Liawatha, this week the Des Moines Register follows along. Neither endorsement matters much in the world of actual voting; however, when the Iowa progressive media support is combined with CNN’s previously coordinated hit against Bernie Sanders, to the specific benefit of Warren, these endorsements start to highlight where the institutional DNC is aligned.

Bernie's going to win Iowa and then New Hampshire. Bookmark this post for later.

The Democrats have the worst presidential field I've ever seen. That's why a washed-up socialist commie like Bernie is going to kick asses.

Our very future as a republic depends on Trump getting re-elected.

Klobuchar might be seen by a number of Iowans as the most relatively normal person running.

How anyone with a scintilla of integrity could vote for that woman is beyond me.

Hasn’t some lefttard debunked her yet?

Major newspapers are endorsing a candidate who is running on an idea to flood America with immigrants to double the population, somehow allowing her to pay for free health care.

America has never been this dumb in it's history.

This idea of running a woman for the 2nd time straight so they do not have to run a woman in 2024 has a lot of merit, particularly because their women keep getting worse and worse. While Liz might not be half as evil as Hillary, to many her personality is worse. How bad can the leading female be in 2024 if the Dems went downhill from Hillary?

Would be cool if Blackburn runs for the Republicans and forces the Dems to have at least put forth some harpy for strong consideration only to sandbag her at the end.

Usually about 20-25% of actual voters turn out for Iowa caucuses in years when there are hot contests.

Off year caucuses are good opportunities to take party control away from RINOs.

What a newspaper editorial board says is worth nothing. With a few exceptions, (WSJ, NY Post, Boston Herald) the papers are leftwing rags.

Bernie = It isn’t a Lie if you believe it, and he believes everything he says.

Lieawatha = Even I don’t believe the Lies I tell, but my Supporters do.

“America has never been this dumb in its history.”

The America that voted for PDJT in 2016 and will vote for him again this year, isn’t. Negligible attrition.

If America is a divided society, them’s the breaks but us’ns got the bullets.

Those “nasty evil” gun & ammo manufacturers are cranking up production leading up to Election Day. Trump wins, we celebrate. For any other scenario we are armed & ready.

There won’t be general civil war in America but there might be a local one in Virginia. That bears watching.

“If that happens we might even seen the glorious spectacle of internecine actual DemonShit bloodshed.”

While doubtful, i wonder if the menshiviks stand a chance this time?
I can see Bernie playing Stalin but slow Joe makes an unconvincing Trotsky.
Bernie has the true believers ready to murder for the cause while I can’t see anyone getting worked up about saving Joe from the assassins.

Anyway, interesting times!

One step closer to giving Iowa’s Electoral vote to Trump.

Actually, they lost control of RAGBRAI. No longer associated with the Des Moines Register. At least that’s the report I saw last fall.

.....”Do people on FR ever get tired of making statements like that?”......

Of course not...as the terrain changes etc. so will the opinions....it’s primary election season after all, and with no candidates that can beat Trump..so it’s natural to try and figure out how the Dems are going to play the cards they have and for reasons they only know

Biden still may swing ahead despite the Ukraine corruption.....not because he’s capable but who he choses to run with him...might even end up Bloomberg.

But as this narrows I think who the DNC supports will get clearer.
