You are missing the point. Blackburn is stating Hickman was Vindman’s commanding CO. The guy I posted said that isn’t true.

This isn’t about whether or not Vindman is an arrogrant prick.

This is about Blackburn stating one thing, relying on it, and someone else claiming it isn’t true.

It’s entirely possible both are correct, General Zwick was his CO and Hickman his boss who dealt with him directly. If Vindman was reprimanded for his remarks in front of Russian soldiers, as seems to be the case, Zwack’s defense of him sidesteps that issue. That doesn’t refute it.

The senator is not incorrect. Hickman was a LTC and Vindman was only a major. Hickman was the senior officer present and he reprimanded the major. The senator misspoke but was nor incorrect. Vindman was reprimanded by a senior officer for his actions. How loyal can a man be when he makes fun of his countrymen in front of Russian officers. He also had political bias towards the Democrats as well so much so that he was making other officers uncomfortable. He is typical of the Deep State.
