President Trump's team of lawyers have vowed to an aggressive defense when they begin their opening statements Saturday at the president's Senate impeachment trial.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Saturday’s session will begin at 10 a.m. ET and run “for several hours.” A source on the president's legal team told reporters they expect the sessions to be short, possibly two to three hours. They suggested it will be an "overview of coming attractions" with the "bulk" presentation coming Monday. That's when this source says they'll get into the "nitty-gritty.

The first thing they should do is play the video of Adam Schiff lying through his teeth with his fake rendition of the phone call. Go point by point through his lying to Congress about the phone call.

News this am on Fox:
Tape released to ABC NEWS yesterday in which Les Parnas is telling President about Ukran. Ambass is saying to President we need to get rid of Amb as she is hold over from Clinton. The President is heard telling Les Parnas get rid of her, take her out, want her gone tomorrow.
The tape was recorded by Igor Fruman who was at the dinner meeting with Les Parnas at TRUMP INTERNATION HOTEL IN DC.
It is not clear if this is a phone conversation or if President is at the meeting in person.
Now the President can fire anyone. However Trump said he had no idea who Les was, didn’t know what he was about, and that he had a picture taken with him, which he has done with others.
The tape was turned over to House of Intelligence yesterday.
Why did Igor feel the need to tape the conversation? Did NSA record the phone conversation and pass it off to Igor? Was Igor another plant? If Igor walked in Trump Hotel with a recorder, why weren’t they checked before calling President?
