I dont know how you can believe in a God who wants to condemn most of the planet to a fiery hell, Rodgers told Patrick on Pretty Intense, as reported by PEOPLE magazine. What type of loving, sensitive, omnipresent, omnipotent being wants to condemn his beautiful creation to a fiery hell at the end of all this?

Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes, who is a strong Christian is going to the Super Bowl.
Do you even have the slightest concept of eternity?
Patrick Mahomes was awesome in that championship game.
Nobody could tackle him.
Sadly I predict he will have a very short NFL career, ended by a serious knee injury. Since evidently no one can tackle him I suspect next season defenses will start chopping him low.
Mahomes is not a running QB, although he can run when he has to. Kind of like how Steve Young was.
Hope you’re not right. I do think all QB’s coming from college need to learn to stay in the pocket, I also think Mahomes has great vision, in the last game he either ended up in the end zone or ran out of bounds without being hit. Lamar Jackson will get crippled early in his career.
I don't get what you're saying there - could you elaborate a little more? Thanks much.
Each individual chooses whether they go to Hell, Purgatory or Heaven.
Jesus dies for our sins on the cross, but we accept Jesus in Baptism by our faith and actions. We choose the ways of the world or the ways of Jesus. We choose sin or not to sin.
Jesus wants us all to be with Him in Heaven, but He gives us free will to accept salvation or reject salvation.
He is a God of Mercy and Justice.
Nobody does.
And the bible rarely mentions it. It does talk about “ages” Aion and Aionas in Koine Greek, or olam in Hebrew. We often will interpret that in our english translations to be eternity, forever, etc., even when it was sometimes clear that the event was most definitely not “eternal”.
I see eternity more as a place than a length of time. I see i as “heaven” or “the real world” outside this construct we occupy.
But there is a discussion of it here: http://jewishnotgreek.com/
I sympathize with the parents. They know what is true and pass that on to their children only to see their children turn their backs on the truth which leads to destruction. Sad.
I heard a universalist describe it this way:

It’s an odd analogy. It assume that all “points” are equally valuable at the end of the game.
You continue to adsum to Scripture that is not correct.
There is either Hell or Heaven. There is no "purgatory".
18He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:18 NASB
His point was just that the bible suggests that “the path is narrow”, yet God is willing that none should perish. Sound’s contradictory if one is not familiar with the message of the whole bible.
Frankly, there are a lot of questions regarding the content of the bible that are a mystery to EVERYONE. Many pastors simply refuse to address them. The beginning of a very long rabbit trail is to read Psalm 82. It’s talking about disobedient bosses in “heaven”.
The implications shatter how a lot of people see Heaven, especially a lot of Christians.
According to the Marine Corps Hymn, the streets of heaven are guarded by the United States Marines. But why is there any need for the streets of heaven to be guarded?
You’re right. There are more verses like that, which cloud our ability to make a smooth consistency to scripture (or which even make us question the competence of the editors) Take the verses in Genesis 6:1-4 about the Nephilim. Many scholars wonder what in the world to do with these.
The answer is in 1 Enoch. And that book is actually quoted in the NT.
I’m finding that, though I don’t think books like that should necessarily be included in canon, I’m finding that I’m not considering canon to be all that much more trustworthy than some non-canon books. It’s all valuable to one degree or another, except maybe some of the nutcase stuff that post-dates Christ, like the book of Thomas.
The bible is very useful, as described in 2 Timothy 3, but even there it doesn’t say it is “the” word of God, though I believe many of the books of the bible CONTAIN the words of God.
More important is prayer and following the real world instructions of the apostles and Jesus.
And, there’s this overly simplified way to think about it:
When a body is unconscious, it is in a state where time and space have no meaning, as in being anesthetized. People come out of comas after months and years unaware of the passage of time.
Scientifically, matter can neither be created nor destroyed, so I presume that the matter that has always existed and currently comprises my physical body was distributed throughout the universe in the eternal past... and next thing you know, I’m a conscious, thinking individual... the idea that my pieces/parts floated around for an eternity in the past didn’t seem to phase me at all. I have never really given any thought to what my individual molecules did in a past eternity.
I personally believe that all of the pieces/parts came together the way they were supposed to while in the presence of the “holy spirit” which infused the spark of life, and hence, my soul into my physical body. And, when my physical body runs its course and perishes, my soul will proceed on to its next destination. That destination may very well exist in a state where time and space have no meaning... you may either exist in the presence of the Lord, or you may not be in the presence of the Lord. I’ve heard it said that “HELL” is being removed from, and being shut off from the presence of the Lord. To me, it makes more sense than some silly big bang theory where everything springs from nothing.
I think of somebody in a coma since the 80s waking up to find out that Donald Trump is President.
I believe so.
Her Instagram has photos of them at her family’s Christmas in 2019. Danica is a hot chick. Uber successful. Has “CONTROL FREAK” tattooed on her forehead.
Rogers last long time girlfriend (Olivia Munn - actress ... or something ... :>) also had that reputation.
Life experience has taught me that men need to steer clear at the first sign of that.
