He was going after Trump for his Draft Deferment while there were plenty of others on the Stage with him who never Served including Biden.
I love Lefties who point that out when they always defended People who avoided the Draft when I was a Kid.
Of course Pete joined the Reserves probably thinking he wouldn’t be called up, but that is just speculation on my part. Why didn’t he just Enlist in the Army since he uses his Service record to bash others.
That being said, he did Serve which is something most do not. He is still a frigging Commie wannabe though, so I guess he didn’t learn anything from his Military experience.
He signed up, commissioned, deployed to Afghanistan, and from all that we know, served honorably. He did what the country asked of him, and unlike John F’n Kerry, he didn’t trash the people he served with after he returned in order to advance his political career. There’s nothing wrong with that, and it’s more than a lot of people have done for their country. Does it mean he’s a battle hardened veteran? No, but that’s perfectly fine. The only people that matters for are the people who think that service immunizes his thin electoral and executive record against any criticism.

Can’t the DNC find any heritage Americans to run for their party? Or is that the point? Running only naturalized and anchor babies until it’s normalized in the minds of the public? Until ‘citizen of natural born parents’ is meaningless along with the rest of the Constitution?
