Has nothing to do with impeachable offenses. None are even being offered for the consideration of the Senate.

The Senate has the constitutional responsibility of trial for any articles of impeachment the House passes. They are doing that now. What more would you have them to do and still stay within our Constitution?

The entire “process” was nothing more than a SECRETIVE kangaroo court. Moverover, it was an entirely PARTISAN act — not a single Republican in the House voted for it. It may well qualify as the most outrageous thing the House of Representatives has ever done.
Illiegitimate things that are based on lies and flimsey evidence do not deserve serious consideration or legitimization. Dershowwitz is absolutely right — the senate should already have dismissed this outrageous fraud on the American people.
The house managers are presenting witnesses. Indirectly through the videos. In the house hearing Nadler and Schiff restricted the questions the witnesses could be asked. In other words no cross examination by trump’s attorneys.
In doing this they are getting witnesses in as “truth.”
Same that Justice Robert won’t or can’t shut that down. They are abusing the rules.

The Senate still has a constitutional responsibility to act on articles of impeachment. This could have included immediate dismissal with prejudice, but there aren't enough Republican Senators to allow that, due to the few RINO's.
Mitch is doing a fantastic job with the tools he has at his disposal.

Caught a little during lunch today, and heard Schiff complain about Trump seeking “outside interference” with the election. Then he played a video of Trump making the joke about Russia finding Hillary’s emails! These people are completely unhinged from reality.
