In the wake of the Virginia gun rights rally on Monday, Democrats in the Capitol are not slowing down their push for tyranny. They are moving a bill through the legislature that would effectively criminalize dissent against Governor Blackface Northam and other state government officials.
House Bill 1627 was introduced by Delegate Jeffrey M. Bourne last week. The legislation provides that certain crimes relating to threats and harassment may be prosecuted in the City of Richmond if the victim is the Governor, Governor-elect, Lieutenant Governor, Lieutenant Governor-elect, Attorney General, or Attorney General-elect, a member or employee of the General Assembly, a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, or a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
Language in the bill explicitly criminalizes free speech, in what would constitute a blatant attack on the 1st Amendment of the Constitution.

Yes, of course, criticism is a criminal offense...... /s
No doubt a violation of the 1st Amendment to boot.....!!
Have the FBI bust the door down and haul them in on Federal charges.
Your lack of enthusiasm for the party's policies has been noted. It stops being funny when it starts becoming all too real.
Careful....................
If we had that on a national level, everyone in the Demagogic Party and in Hollywood, as well as half the "journalists", would be doing time right now, or have gone to the gallows.
This outstanding, easy to understand video should appear as a permanent fixture on FR’s home page.

The Delegate was elected by majority vote in a duly authorized and recognized election. One elects a son of a bitch, one gets a son of a bitch. Evidence barrack obama. The Nation is still recovering from the damage that the traitors and haters of America did by putting him in the White House for eight years. Garbage in garbage out. Shit in shit out. What do you expect?
Nah; toss 'em around like the trash they are.
Here they come for the 1st Amendment.
Why am I not surprised?
Another totally illegal bill.
Democrats-Are-Tyrants BUMP
Without the Second, there is no First.
.
Heres the bill. It refers to making threats of bodily harm or to kill. I hardly think that is equivalent to taking away free speech.

There it Is,
Tyranny.
bttt
I went out and read the actual text of the bill.
The first couple of changes aren’t that bad... The usual Death Threat type stuff.
It’s the last couple of paragraphs that go off the deep end. It changes the language to be entirely subjective. Well into “trigger” territory...
Socialists are mentally ill. Of course, pointing this out to them is “harassment” and is on it’s way to being a crime.
Yep... That’s the crux of the sh*tbiscuit.
Keep reading... You haven’t gotten to the bad part yet...
As I read it, all the bill does is establish jurisdiction in Richmond for threats against the state-wide office holders who work in Richmond. Other threats are tried in the victim’s local jurisdiction. This computer threat law has been on the books since 2000, a GOP bill.
That is the whole bill. Plz show me the problem thx
