The Democrat Party pledged itself to Satan at its 2012 national convention. On national TV. Never forget that.

This is exactly why President Trump’s legal team has to force the dems to put on a trial.

The level of fraud and deceit will be astounding to anyone who has underestimated the pure evil that has befallen the dem party.

Politico is trying to get ahead of the story.

Good luck with that.

But an unredacted version of the exchange shows that several days later, Parnas sent Giuliani a word document that appears to show notes from an interview with Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma, followed by a text message to Giuliani that states: “mr Z answers my brother.” That suggests Parnas was referring to Zlochevsky not Zelensky.

Distilled down, everything we are seeing is due to a FISA Court willingly participating in weaponized politics, using the embedded deep state elites within government agencies to stage a coup.

Since the FISA Court acted in bad faith, the whole process rots at every subsequent step. Until those embedded are jailed and held to account the players are only emboldened to continue. Soon it will blow like a dust explosion.

They knew this guy was a train wreck but they weren’t smart enough to force him onto the bench.

I think it's the opposite. I think there was concern that if subpoenas started flying in the Senate that Schiffty might be made to testify. Making him lead of the house managers offers him some perceived insulation from that as one of the individuals making the impeachment case.

“and having them compete against each other”

I think powerful people and institutions competing with each other is a good thing.

Isn’t lying to the Senate a crime?

As usual, not a damn thing will happen to him or any of the other scumbags.

"I think powerful people and institutions competing with each other is a good thing."

It's contextual. First of all, government isn't supposed to be about 'power'. It's supposed to be about service. Further, when checks and balances put into the Constitution are ignored, 'competing' leads to what you are seeing the Democrats trying to do now.

On a slightly different note, there are WAY too many attorneys in public office. It's not representative of the nation, and it leads to inbred approaches to too many things.

Concur.

The only good thing in these past elections was to telegraph the corrupt hearts of those who even condone anything “Democrat”.

They also provide marvelous evidence that God’s original judgment, casting so many into the Lake of Fire for all eternity future, is manifestly sound and inherently requisite when dealing with these people who reject Him.

Their desire to win worldly power independent and in opposition to Him, will simply result in their ultimate failure even when they achieve their desires.

So this is simply a “Politico” article, but not official in the hearings? The title says it’s a “blow to the impeachment trial”. (I’m confused.)

“there are WAY too many attorneys in public office. It’s not representative of the nation”

Sadly perhaps, they’re the ones who most frequently run for office and we vote them in.

There are things about politics that attract the “lawyer” personality.

Blah blah blah. Our side proclaims that we destroyed the entire case. Their side proclaims they have an indestructible case against Trump. Each side is completely confident they are on the winning team.
