Yes, Rehnquist had little to do, but he did it poorly. One of the rules is that the Senators must sit in silence. He let the witch from California talk all through the proceeding, and did and said nothing. He even allowed the Witch to shout at the other witch from California for voting incorrectly on something. “What are you doing!!!??”, she screeched.
