Former Sen dip shit speaks again.
The whole We The People thing is lost on Jeff.
Trump has put the Bush League Republicans in a bad spot, boo hoo.
They can’t keep supporting open borders/amnesty as openly as they once did......
Flake is such a wuss
Awww, if only they could war on Trump anonymously.
Flakey’s opinion matters why?
Have a problem with a Constitutional Republic Jeff?
Flake news?
Well, the truth is that the voters have elected Trump, and GOP senators to do the right thing. And they are not letting us down, even as the Democrats fight in the most vicious and dishonest way.
What exactly are they supposed to speak out about, Jeff?
What’s he doing?
And there it is. Jeff Flake considered himself part of the political class, aka, the ruling class. Mr. Flake is upset that politicians can’t do as they wish without consequence.
Politicians are representatives, not leaders. Politicians must do the bidding of their constituents or they will lose their job. That is how it is supposed to work.
Criticize President Trump? Do so at your own peril, because the voters like what he’s doing.
> it is difficult for Republican lawmakers to speak out against Trump because they do not want to lose their jobs <
Good. Thats the way its suppose to work. Senators are not royalty, Mr. Flake. They must answer to the voters.
It’s getting to the point that a politician has to actually listen to his or her constituents for the entire term of office instead of just faking it for three months before elections. What horror!
What?? Listen to the voters?? Why... How un-Deep State of you! /s
Flake’s arrogance is appalling.
Samuel L. Jackson, Pulp Fiction:
Check out the big ******* brain on Jeff!!
Yes it would be difficult to speak against a politician with 90% support amongst your voters. I guess you can try to win with the remaining 10%...doesn’t seem like a great idea though.
Idiot. The Constitution doesn’t let Trump fire lawmakers no matter how badly he’d like to.
Shut up, and stay out of politics. Get a real job.
There are more reasons than principle to speak out against the incumbent leader. In Flake’s case, it was probably partly out of personal ambition - he was hoping to displace Trump. Big mistake on his part.
Jeff who?
