WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department will do everything necessary to determine whether former U.S. ambassador Marie Yovanovitch was under threat in Ukraine, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Friday.
Documents released this week indicated Lev Parnas, a Ukraine-born U.S. citizen, helped U.S. President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani investigate U.S. presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
They also showed Parnas was involved in monitoring Yovanovitch’s movements before Trump removed her in May. Yovanovitch, a respected career diplomat, was a key witness in the U.S. House of Representatives’ impeachment investigation of Trump last fall.

The question is:
Was US Aid to The Ukraine at risk from Yovanovitch’s predations?
Was she involved in spreading the wealth around?
What was she hiding would be the better question?
Good. Expect panic among the Dems, because actually if this woman was “under surveillance,” it was because she had been doing unauthorized surveillance of US citizens after the election of Trump. She’s a bad Obama holdover. Her surveillance of new American diplomatic personnel and investigators was clearly authorized by the outgoing Obama regime or the DNC and I think she’s going to be the one who gets in serious hot water for this.
Yavanovich is a partisan hack. The previous ambassador, Pyatt, seemed like a straight shooter. I’m sure he’s got some tales to tell about the obama admin and Ukraine since he was ambassador when the war was hot. Curiously, the GOP has shown no interest in him. I see he was given a cushy gig as Ambassador to Greece. Probably to keep his mouth shut on obama era corruption.
Yovanovitch was a corrupt Obama hack who actively plotted against the President she was supposedly “serving”, so she DESERVED to be monitored

“We will do everything we need to do to evaluate whether there was something that took place there,” he told conservative radio host Tony Katz in an interview.
“I suspect that much of what’s been reported will ultimately prove wrong, but our obligation, my obligation as secretary of state, is to make sure that we evaluate, investigate. Any time there is someone who posits that there may have been a risk to one of our officers, we’ll obviously do that,” he said.
I would expect every diplomat in the world to be monitored, again I need reeducating.
Respected by whom? The deep state and other career diplomats? The Ukrainians sure didn’t respect her meddling in their internal affairs in violation of diplomatic agreements and protocol as she openly took the lead of a pro-perversion LBTQwhatever march.
An honest press would identify her with the words of the President as “bad news”, not “respected”.
Kavenaugh would be the better justice to sit on this trial...he’s seen this crap first hand.

So why isn’t Pompeo checking to see if the Ambassador requested the SD to monitor and follow Trump family and reporters which Judicial watch filed a FOIA request and Nunes had reported this back in Oct 2019?
