On Thursday, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) ruled that Trump violated the law by temporarily withholding aid to Ukraine. But, if the Trump administration broke the law, then Joe Biden (and the Obama administration) broke the law, too.
Remember that $1 billion loan to Ukraine in 2014 that has come under scrutiny since Democrats started their whole impeachment nonsense? Remember how in January 2018, Biden spoke at a Council on Foreign Relations meeting in Washington, D.C., during which he bragged about how he threatened to withhold that $1 billion loan to Ukraine unless they fired the prosecutor who was investigating Burisma Holdings, the gas company his son Hunter was sitting on the board of, and making over $80,000 a month doing so?
In case anyone forgot, here’s what Biden said about that loan:
And I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev. And I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn’t.

This DOJ only prosecutes friends of Trump. Prosecuting friends of Hillary would be seen as “political” by the Brown Shirt Media.

No charges against ANY private citizen in America could be brought or pursued with the kind of sloppy and utterly fraudulent behavior and language that dumba^% Nan and the others have shown.

There’s video tape of him bragging about it. No investigation is necessary. The trial should last about five minutes; and then he should be sent to prison.

As I understand it, the law says they have the entire fiscal year to spend the taxpayers hard earned dollars. The money was paid in the September within the fiscal year. Does anyone know on what the GAO based their claim of legality, or lack thereof??

‘No matter how good your plan is, at some point you have to stop and look at the results.’
So-If all we do is investigate without bringing charges for proved wrong doing... why bother?
On day one, the Rs need to put up a big screen and show the whole video of Biden talking about his “deal” and how O told him to do it. Then dismiss the whole thing. I think the dems don’t think anyone knows about this tape because the news outlets that they get their news from doesn’t talk about it.
Trump should be running ads 24 7 playing the Biden tape.
That’s a good idea. Play the tape and pass out transcripts.
There will be no history of this. The Dems will eventually take over everything and rewrite history.
OMB said yesterday that the GAO is full of IT!!! The report was they work for Congress and they will always fall on the side of whoever is the majority!
