SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The Utah Department of Health (UDOH) confirmed Wednesday that the governor's office asked that branded condoms stop being distributed so the packaging messages can be reworked. The campaign called "The H is for Human," launched on Monday and focuses on raising HIV awareness and includes a new website, HIVandME.com.
The Left has pushed to allow those with HIV to suppress details of their STD from sex partners. AIDS Pride and all that.
Informed consent? What’s that???

Apparently the SPCA has received complaints, which places it at odds with CAIR and Cenk Uygur.
HIV is not a health problem. It is a behavior problem. No one contracts HIV merely by just existing. You catch HIV by an act of commission of your on volition.
That is about the stupidest idea the left has had all day and that’s saying something.
If they didn’t used condoms before getting HIV, what makes anything think they’ll use them after?
If I remember correctly,the first case of penicillin resistant Gonorrhea (clap) appeared in the US in Salt Lake City, back around 1973 or so.
How about this slogan. “HIV and you” You play...you pay.
