MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- President Donald Trump will hold a rally in Milwaukee Tuesday night, Jan. 14 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panther Arena.
Supporters of President Trump started lining up hours ahead of the rally to make sure they'd get a spot inside the arena.
President Trump has campaigned in other areas of the state, and comes to Milwaukee for policy reasons, but this is the first campaign rally he's held in Wisconsin's largest city.
CBS 58 saw a mix of ages at the event, and a decent amount of high school and college students from the area.
There's also a good amount of people who made the trek from Illinois.
Those who waited hours ahead of time to get in said there's not many opportunities to see the president.

I wonder if he reminds them Bernie’s campaign manager says “Milwaukee will burn” on the Project Veritas tapes today (If Bernie is not nominated at the convention held in that city).
The event at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panther Arena is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. EST. C-SPAN will broadcast it live on its website as well as on TV via its C-SPAN 2 channel.
I am not sure these rally’s matter. It seems to have no impact on the GOP. Mitch is in the process of screwing us. His BS Hunter Biden remark is just that. What he is really saying is we are giving the rats their witnesses. A televised parade of people shoving knives into the President and retreating to their MSM safe spaces. In a month we will start hearing the secret vote talk again. Mitch is treating the House process like it was totally legitimate now, no more talk of the unfairness, the fraud “whistleblower” or Schiff’s lies. If you think I am all wet say but say why.

Trumps massive rally's are historic, the likes of which have never been seen in modern America. You'd have to dial back to the founders to see this type of relationship between a leader and the people. And these folks vote. Pay attention.
I expect (and we should prepare) for some sort of betrayal during this upcoming farce of an impeachment trial...
These value of these rallies is not only firing up the base and gathering data, but also gaining free media from the local news - I don’t think Trump cares if the national media or the GOP pays attention, but they should.
Well yes they are historic and there is not one rat that could do it including Obaama and yes it generates enthusiasm which does translate into votes. My point is the GOP seems to have little trouble ignoring them. Mitch is right now trying to figure out how to get away with screwing Trump and still get re-elected.

If ‘WE’ are betrayed and they pull some b.s. to get him out of office, I’m personally ready to go to D.C. We’ll look like Iran as far as numbers, only if it gets to that point, we need to absolutely ‘STORM’ the Capitol.

Excellent point. We are all our President has and the rally’s do serve as opportunity to thank him. His life is a daily meat grinder and he didn’t have to do it so he deserves our gratitude. That is why my wife waited all day in the cold to do just that. He may not survive his own party’s treachery but he will know we cared.
