David Kris served as Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice under President Obama and Attorney General Holder. He drew on his prestige as a former senior official in the Department of Justice to disparage Rep. Devin Nunes in his exposure of the FBI’s misconduct in the Russia haox and assure anyone who would listen to him that all was in order. He is an apologist for FBI misconduct who gives the Department of Justice Inspector General report on the FBI’s FISA misconduct the stupidly credulous reading that absolves the FBI of political bias in the matter.
Who better than Kris to serve as amicus curiae to the FISA court to help it assess the government’s response to Judge Collyer’s December 17 order. That is what new FISA court presiding judge James Baosberg did late yesterday afteroon in this order. As Jack Paar used to say, I kid you not.

I agree 100%. It is a miracle of God that we have Trump otherwise America as we knew it would be lost forever. We now need to keep the pressure on to clean out these vermin and squash any remaining bits left.
Trump made his money in Manhattan real estate. He's likely encountered more lethal and slimy hombres than any pol in DC.
Consider this speculative (but plausible) scenario:
Newly-elected Trump calls Roberts to a meeting with nobody but the two of them in a clean room. Trump tells CJOTSC that in his business dealings, it's not unusual for people to blackmail others.
Trump says he suspects someone is holding something over CJOTSC and, just like in NYC, he won't stand for such a thing. He asks CJOTSC to look at 20 names on the piece of paper in front of him, and to point to THE one that may be compromising him.
CJOTSC, sensing a way out, points to the name. POTUS smiles, shakes the hand of CJOTSC, and says "let me handle this. From now on, rule independently."
Far fetched? Maybe. Impossible? Yes...like it was impossible for Trump to be elected, to walk into the DMZ, and turn the economy around.

wouldn't surprise me if hildabeast “contractors” crowdstrike & fusion GPS had a rubber stamp with “samantha powers” name on it that they used to unmask hundreds of of FISA 702’s every day while she was SOS.
btw, what ever happened to that $6bb that went missing from the State Dept “contractors fund” on hildabeast watch??
