It is the worst of the worst available on the internet and not for the sensitive. But this is where can be found those who share information and secrets without being identified. And in this particular case the tech savy can use the deepweb and darkweb to circumvent Iranian government blocks to share inside info about what is really happening there. I was set up on my old computer but haven’t done it on this one yet. There are safeguards that need to be set up first before going there. But there are several levels of the internet and I am currently doing homework on the “Intellectual Dark Web” explained in this article.

What’s wrong with exposing the hypocrisy of the United States? There’s something nauseating about a U.S. government official who lectures any other country over human rights abuses.
There is even much worse than porn in reality. All the very worst of humanity can be found in the darkweb, including the hackers that would nail you in a heartbeat. Because of it’s total lack of regulation or control it is the wild west of the internet no holds barred. The “surface web” we use is only about 4% of the total. We are only using the layer that can be “indexed” and tracked. The rest is anonymous so it cannot be indexed or controlled.
But the phenomenon can sometimes also be utilized in a positive way if done correctly. This is where many companies set up their own unique in house servers and intranet for only company to same company communications and data transfer that can be VERY secure. This type of use takes up much of this below the surface layer. I have always thought that a unique safe internet could also be created in this realm away from the regulations and control if it was done right with it’s own unique servers and browser.
