1. That post is almost two years old.

2. Page filed those lawsuits against the media, not the U.S. government.

3. He filed them himself and had no lawyers representing him, which tells me these weren’t serious lawsuits.

4. To reinforce #3 ... they’ve already been dismissed, and the dismissal has been upheld on appeal.
