Tucker Carlson debunked the so-called transgender murder epidemic on his show last night, highlighting figures which prove transgenders are actually safer than the general population.
Carlson began the segment by playing a clip of presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren vowing to read the names of transgender women, of people of color, who have been killed in the past year.
He then quoted Democratic pressure group the Human Rights Campaign, which supported Warren, claiming that there is an epidemic of violence against transgender people especially trans women of color.
Carlson then highlighted how this narrative is being amplified by the media, which has declared the issue to be a crisis and an epidemic.

Tucker is wonderful and his ratings are reflecting his popularity.
Has Tucker gotten over the killing of that Salami guy? He seemed all shook up about it.
Those with sex dysphoria are not being murdered, but they do commit suicide at a rate of ~50%. They need mental health treatment, not hormones and having their bodies mutilated.
He has and I find his perspective interesting in that hes a reformed neocon.
I guess Tucker will be taken off the air again for 10 days.
Great segment by Tucker!
I think it would be fun if Tucker were to agree with Fauxcahontas that transgender people are mentally ill.
“Has Tucker gotten over the killing of that Salami guy? He seemed all shook up about it.”
Assassinations usually cause controversy.
The figure he is using vastly overstates the number of transgender people living in the US. By a factor of about 100, I would argue.
It is more a demonstration of how people always use BS statistics when they are making an argument. This is good to point out. I, myself, do so approximately 93.7% of the time.
But I dare say that transgenders do, in general, leave dangerous lives. I would no be surprised if their murder rate was higher than normal. If you include death by suicide, it is astronomically high!
True. Like that time we assassinated that "Bin Laden" guy.
Well, #Faux just TERFed the trannies by (correctly) insisting that they are mentally ill, so ... gotta keep up, the Narrative just shifted again lofl.
"Polls show the transgender ideology is deeply unpopular, especially among women and parents. In 2017, former President Barack Obama told NPR that his promotion of the transgender ideology made it easier for Donald Trump to win the presidency ."
What controversy was there with the attempted assassination of Reagan or Ford?
It’s only controversial when a hero of the Left is assassinated.
“Assassinations usually cause controversy”.
Was Admiral Yamamoto assassinated?
And (of course!) their suicides are caused by those evil conservatives who refuse to accept and affirm their bizarre delusions.
>>> Was Admiral Yamamoto assassinated?
Terminated with extreme prejudice.
Stating “trans people are murdered” is NOT the same thing as what the Left wants to imply, which is that transgender people are being killed BECAUSE they are trans-identifiers.
But they don’t have to state that. It’s the logical inference for most everyone in their audience because, sadly, critical thinking is no longer taught/practiced.
Further, I admire Tucker for citing data to belie the Left’s claim but it’s pretty easy to test what’s really going on.
The lower incidence of murders/M cited by Tucker can be explained by, I suspect, income or other characteristics that on average are significantly different between the Trans-Identifiers versus the entire population
Sadly, the truism that “correlation DOES NOT MEAN causation” is another concept that few understand.
It’s not just leftist indoctrination that is wrong with our educational system.
He indicated an estimate of 1.4 million self ID’d x-gendered: “...Williams Institute estimated that 1.4 million American adults identify as transgender...”. What’s your number based on that? Just a 140K? Seems like there’s at least that many on Bravo alone. LOL!
Thanks rktman. However, if they keep up their steady line of BS, don't count on this condition continuing. Naturally, I mean that in the nicest possible way.
