I haven’t seen it - worth the time to watch it?
If those films turned you off, probably not.
We had friends from Europe visiting recently, and after visiting NYC (a dozen miles east of us) they were shocked that we visited there less than once a year (more like once every five years, and not as tourists).
They have no idea what a dangerous sh!thole it is, but were starting to get a feel for it.
I simply consider cities in this country to be no-go zones, with very few exceptions.

Yes, indeed.
Philadelphia has a knife law. No knife is legal unless being used directly in your trade. Minimum 90 days in jail. As written the law does not allow for transportation to and from your trade, only while actively using the knife in your trade. I wonder why they didn’t charge him with that?
§ 10-820. Cutting Weapons in Public Places. 240
(1) Definition.
Cutting Weapon. Any knife or other cutting instrument which can be used as a weapon that has a cutting edge similar to that of a knife. No tool or instrument commonly or ordinarily used in a trade, profession or calling shall be considered a cutting weapon while actually being used in the active exercise of that trade, profession or calling.
(2) Prohibited Conduct. No person shall use or possess any cutting weapon upon the public streets or upon any public property at any time.
(a) Exception: This restriction shall not apply to the use and possession of cutting tools by emergency personnel of the Philadelphia Fire Department, whether on or off duty. 240.1
(3) Penalty. The penalty for violation of this Section shall be a fine of not less than three hundred (300) dollars and imprisonment of not less than ninety days.
Actually, NYC, for now remains one of my very few exceptions, at least lower Manhattan and, and then only during the day.
Needless to say, where you are, if you really want to scare the crap out of your friends, drive them through some ‘interesting’ parts of New Jersey. I did something similar trying to take a short cut in ‘wrong’ part of Chicago, and I’m still haunted by it - even though we did make it through without incident (and that was during the day).
Ping!
Sounds like I would like it - gonna have to see if it’s available on-demand...before Friday when i cut the cable...
The real pursuit is the Africanization of Philadelphia. Zimbabwe on the Schuylkill
Krasner says poverty and crime are consequences of mass incarceration.
Wrong.
Incarceration should be a consequence of crime.
And the US has the most prosperous bums on the planet.
This is George Soros evil...
I don’t know which is creepier - driving through dangerous parts of Newark with predators lounging about or parts of Camden that are completely deserted - very spooky.
Krasner is Africanizing Philadelphia
The term Philadelphia lawyer takes on new meaning as fighting crime becomes financially impossible in a failed city desperate for money
True! The one part of South Chicago was the worst I’ve ever seen, far worse than any area of Los Angeles, and I’ve seen all of them.
Mr. Krasners candidacy was laughed off until George Soros dumped $1.7 million into the campaign. At his primary election night victory party, Mr. Krasner smiled while his supporters chanted, No good cops in a racist system! and f the FOP! (the Fraternal Order of Police). He has refused to prosecute certain gun and drug crimes and ordered the 300 prosecutors in his office to seek lighter sentences. These moves have confirmed the suspicions of many Philadelphians that Mr. Krasner is more interested in coddling the citys criminals than he is in providing justice to the victims of crimes.
Locally, Krasner is known as “Let Them Loose Larry”
George Soros is a figurehead, someone who is there to take the arrows. There are more sinister forces than him, at work here.
Watched it the day after we traded posts - turns out i had seen it but it was still a good watch.
Thanks for the link - I was unaware of that site.
