Trump Unbound

One major point is being overlooked concerning the “impeachment”: now that the impeachment weapon has been unsheathed, and swung, and shattered into myriad pieces without so much as scratching its target, the Dems have absolutely nothing to use against Trump. In fact, it can be doubted that they will ever again have anything to use against Trump.

Impeachment is over – Pelosi admitted as much when she issued her pro forma State of the Nation invitation to the President only days after the impeachment vote. She has still failed to present the articles to the Senate, but it’s all anticlimax at this point. Only a few hysterics on either side of the spectrum have any doubt as to how this is going to work out.

So what do they come up with next? Well, nothing much. Al Green (I’m convinced that he got most of his votes from people who confused him with the great gospel singer) may bluster all he likes about “another impeachment,” but it’s all gas. A second impeachment on the heels of a failed first attempt would simply be a plunge into the depths of absurdity. If impeachment is an awe-inspiring spectacle of a democratic government arisen in wrath, a second attempt scarcely rises to the level of a joke. Best just to appoint Green to the chairmanship of the Permanent Trump Impeachment Committee and be done with it.

No – they hit him with an attempt to subvert electors, with the Mueller investigation, with the emoluments clause, with the 25th Amendment, and then with impeachment. And all of it simply bounced off. As it stands, Donald Trump is now beyond any legal, procedural method of harassment.

I read the article. Very good. Hopefully that’s a year from now but without a workable majority in Congress it will be difficult. I say get rid of 10% of the government that nobody will notice. Do it right off the bat.

There will always be something else... They are working on tieing his hands in Iran and Iraq... no doubt because he is making them look absurd.

“PDJT Best President EVER! Sorry Reagan, love ya but...”

It’s hard to compare the two, because the times are so different.

In the 1980s the Rats were flaky, maybe nuts; but they weren’t insane. Thus, Reagan dealt with them based on the political climate at the time. If Reagan were president today, I think his approach would be much the same as Trump’s, but more reserved.

One thing you have to remember with the great and revered Ronald Reagan -was that both houses of Congress were democrat ; he had absolutely no media : absolutely no talk radio ; no Fox news ; no nothing and he still completely and utterly ran circles around all of them and they could never touch him

And the greatest thing about the revered Ronald Reagan was that he was so good-natured about it

It’s hard to compare the two, because the times are so different.
There’s too much difference in the environment Reagan faced from what Trump is confronted with to make a flat comparison. Reagan was outstanding, even Mount Rushmore material. He got the country going again, whipped inflation, stalemated the Energy Crisis, and transcended Communism.

President Trump’s domestic enemies are bolder even than Reagan’s were, but - critically - the Republicans were the majority in both the House and the Senate for Trump’s first two years. Because of that, it was possible to get the tax reform (no, not rate increases) which the economy desperately needed. And Trump inherited a lot of new, Obama “pen and phone” stuff which he could excise as easily as Obama inserted it. Consequently, Trump had an easier task - give or take fighting off a coup attempt . . . no small matter.

As noted, Reagan had four huge items on his plate - three which put severe downward pressure on the economy, plus the USSR at its greatest influence. And “the media” was more respected then than now. No Fox News, no Talk Radio (or hardly any), and no internet.

Making comparisons is fun while sitting at a bar with a couple beers under your belt. But when the times and circumstances of the subjects are so different, it is just an exercise in futility.

It’s kind of like comparing Joe Louis with Muhammed Ali, or the 1968 Ohio State football team with the 2019 LSU team. Different times, different styles, different attitudes; everything is different.

In fact, it can be doubted that they will ever again have anything to use against Trump.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

nothing legal.

But Dem distress and insanity on the impeachment of PDJT is so depraved, so evil, so psychotic, that I fear for the president’s life.

May Divine Providence protect President Trump and his entire family. MAy the Secrert Srvice detail have super awareness and may our intel services remain loyal , timely and accurate. Mat The Presidents private security be STRONG. May all be blessed by Devine Proividence.

[ The depraved possibility of One Democrat hired Iranian covered sniper makes me lose sleep. Many of the Liberal fascist are crazy enough to do it, and SOROS has the big international money.]

This is a time between now and January of 2021’s inauguration of President Trump, that vigilence must be exercised on an almost super human scale, a vigilence that will require the very highest loyalty to our special President and The Constitution in defending against all enemeies foreign and domestic.

May God bless and protect President Trump and his entire family.I pray for then before sleep and when I arise in the morning every day.
