This legal precedent of ferae naturae is based on the conclusion that indigenous species, like the brown recluse, are native to the land where the property lies. However, there is no legal precedent from an indigenous animal attacking or biting a person indoors.Too bad spiders can't read law books or it would have know to stay outside.

The spiders are venomous.
Not poisonous.

If you put up a sign that says “Spider Free Zone”, would all the spiders stay away?

I’ve always thought that they put deer crossings in dangerous places. ;)

Its Texas. Brown recluse spiders are ubiquitous. In Kansas we lave learned to avoid them, like rattlesnakes.

I used to work in a place that had Brown Recluse Spiders all over the place.
One employee was bitten and lost the end of his finger.....................

Add to the contract...
“At any time, a meteor may come down and crash into the dwelling. This may result in injury or death. Also, the house may have spiders in it...”

Shouldn’t this be added to the articles of impeachment?
In which case, shouldn’t one of the spiders be asked to testify?

The States should place lights, w/ buttons for the animals to push, for permission to cross.

Does this make them liable too? For less serious problems like roaches and bedbugs?

Excellent idea!
Meanwhile, on my 75 mile commute, during the rural part, there really are not any cops on the roads. The state uses deer to keep everyone’s speed down.
