I keep reading that the 150 Billion was not given - but I seem to remember that it was.

Does anyone have links to articles were it is claimed / proven that it was transferred / released?

170B in cash was shipped on pallets in multiple denominations so it was untraceable.

They are parsing words here. They insist the money was Iran’s anyway and it was being withheld from them. I don’t think there is a dispute over what the money was spent on.

Well it all depends on what the word “given” means, doesn’t it? The money was “released” in that we had seized a large amount of Iranian money, so in the sense it wasn’t ours to begin with, we didn’t “give” to them as much as let them have it back. At least that is how I understand it.
