Obama’s own Secretary of State acknowledged in advance that “some” of the released funds were likely to be used for terrorism. Isn’t that despicable, Dr Rice? Would you still have endorsed it, if you knew the terrorism would be directly at you, personally, or your own family? How much would the origin of the funds factor into your thinking in that case?
